Our goal here at Rosemary Paris is to provide the best to satisfy our customers. We want you to be completely happy with what you get. You can return and replace your order in the event of a factory defect or a broken product by doing the following:
1 Start with a return request
Go to your profile and click on My Orders, click on the order you would like to return and choose the option to request a return then complete the return request information and send it to us to view it.
2 Prepare the item you want to return
Pack the item as it was in its original condition and original packaging and make sure that it is in the same condition that you received it until the return request is approved.
3 Pick up
We will send you a driver to take the purpose you want to return and will contact you before receiving the order to make sure that the number you registered in the order works to be able to reach you.
Your money for the item will be refunded as soon as we receive and examine it, and your refund will be sent according to the original method of payment, or returned to your balance in your account with Rosemary.
